Keep up everything you implemented in March and also incorporate a self-care day. One day a week, perform an act of self-care that does not cost you anything.

Remember: Every day aim for 10,000 steps individually. Work out for at least 15 minutes a day everyday for March & April.

Challenge of the Month

  • The Friendship Challenge for the Month of February is to celebrate your sisters (friends who are like blood).
  • Send them a “just because” surprise. It can be a small flower arrangement, a pedicure or manicure date, balloon arrangement, sing-a-gram, their favourite Starbucks coffee, offering to babysit the kids to give them a break, etc. You can also get creative and send them a short video. Whatever it is, make sure it is something they will love, something tailored to their wants/needs and something they are least expecting.
  • You can choose a different friend each week or choose one friend for the entire month.
  • For your “strong” friends, add an encouraging scripture or quote dedicated to them and/or a special note that explains a time they were instrumental in your life.

Remember it’s the thought that counts. Let them hear your heart loud and clear.

Scripture Focus: Matthew 25: 1-13

Challenge of the Month

  • Wives: Write a physical letter to your spouse telling him how much you appreciate what he does for you and your family and some of the things you would love to experience with him this year. You can also speak to his personality and your gratefulness for the sacrifices he makes to care for you and the family everyday.
  • Brides-to-be: Write a physical letter to your fiancé detailing what you love about him and cannot wait to experience with him in marriage. Let him know what you have been learning about him during the wedding planning journey and how that makes you excited to be his wife.
  • Singles: Write a letter to the Lord detailing what you hope for in a future spouse. Back up every request with a scripture reference. You can continue to develop the list throughout the year as scriptures stand out to you.
